TLTStructures

Transmission line towers are a part of Powertransmission line that is used for transmission of power from the point of generation to sub-stations/switchyards where power is further transmitted for consumption. Actual power is transmitted through the conductor and this type of towers are used to maintain proper ground clearance and keep the conductor overhead, hence transmission lines are also called overhead transmission lines. The design of these towers depends on wind zone, conductor load, KV class and degree of deviation. As these towers are used for a long period of time, they are galvanized for protection against corrosion and the galvanizing thickness depends upon the weather conditions of the region where tower is installed.

SSSUB-STATION

A sub-station is made of Columns, Gantries and various equipment such as transformers, circuit breakers etc. Lattice structures in a sub-station are required to mount the equipment and their designs vary with the type and make of the equipment. Columns and gantries are required to guide the conductor from transmission line into a sub-station.

Windmill Structures

Supply Lattice tower up to 800 KW and height up to 24 mtr.. The wind load acting on the Tower is assumed to be in 59 m/s. Since the tower is an energy structure, wind pressure distribution along the height of tower.

IndustrialStructures

Customized Industrial structure as required.

SolarPanel Mounting Structures

These structures are used in solar power plants & roof top assemblies. We have successfully supplied these structures to our own project of 15MW solar power plant at Charanka, Gujarat.
